the best way to get in contact with us is Via our email address, as we are avid bowhunters we are at time out of service for many days at a time but always ensure we check our emails at the first chance we get.
as we ship all web orders through Australia post once we hand the parcel over we no longer have control of it. we use 2-5 day satchell for standard post and 1-2 day satchells for express post but due to the remote locations of some of our client delivery times may vary. see Australia post delivery and coverage page here to get a better idea
